Ponzano was born from a simple idea: to eat well, drink better, and enjoy without rushing. Inspired by the culture of long lunches and conversations that stretch into evening, we opened our doors in Cáceres with one clear purpose: quality cooking, carefully sourced product, and an experience that goes far beyond simply sitting at the table.
